MEET THE TEAM

Stephen Griffith
Founder/Managing Director
I founded my first business at 18 whilst also competing as a professional boxer. Life after boxing was dedicated to Youth work developing projects in Hertfordshire and a Youth Charity in Islington where I have progressed from Director to CEO . In 2018 I founded FishTank working with Young Entrepreneurs and in 2022 I Founded FishTank Workshop, a work and exhibition space for young creatives.

Rochelle Robertson
Head of Incubator
I'm originally from Bham and have lived in London for the past 15 years. I have worked with young people for the majority of my career and have lead on youth programmes for Soho House, Sony music, Sky TV, and Global radio to name a few. I'm super excited about the work we are doing here at FishTank Incubator, and can't wait for you all to see some of the superstars we have here.

Antonette Bowen
Social Media & Events Coordinator
I'm Antonette, born and raised in Essex. I followed my musical and creative talent to a music college in Hoxton and later found myself at FishTank. In my time here, I've taken on a few side missions, youth work, event production, podcasting, hosting, videography, and photography. Guy Lee
Workshop Gallery Manager
I was born and raised in London. I'm an artist and producer of music. I've always worked collaboratively to produce events and exhibitions. After several years as a part time youth worker I took on the role of manger at FishTank Workshop.

Bianca Kohli
Workshop Gallery Assistant Manager
I'm from New York and have been living in London for the last five years. I’m a manager at FishTank Workshop, providing young creatives with free studio and gallery space to develop their practices. When I’m not at FishTank, you’ll probably find me climbing or eating my way around London.

Monica Wu
Finance and Administration Manager
Over 20 years’ experience in Finance supporting leading agencies across the advertising, design, and sustainability sectors on global accounts including Vodafone, Google, British Airways, and Coca-Cola. My work sits at the intersection of finance and creativity: keeping operations smooth and supporting teams to do their best work. Whether it’s resolving complex reconciliations or handling day-to-day processes, I aim to bring confidence, clarity, and calm to every step.
